Yet another little snow storm came through today and I couldn’t resist getting out for a walk to take some pictures of the lovely scenery. I took Avery with me and he reluctantly posed for a photo. He loves snow and was eager to go for a run through the park.

I just finished this painting today which features a bunny and his dear friend the red bird. Rabbits and birds are two of my favorite animals so it made perfect sense to me to create a painting that features both of them. This painting is going back to the style I used much more a couple of years ago. Sometimes it is fun to go back and take a trip down memory lane. This painting has been sold.
Update – Feb. 2012 – this painting will be available as a print in my Etsy store within the next 2-3 weeks.
