Today I spent some time this afternoon getting caught up on taking some more photos of my animal wall hangings. I previously took quite a few photos only to find after that the lighting wasn’t that good. Now that I have some new photos I will be gradually adding some wall hangings to my website. Today’s offering is Mr. Fox. He is made with paper mache and paper clay and is painted with acrylics. If you are interested you can find him here at my website.

With Every Beat of My Heart
Mixed Media on Masonite
8 x 10 inches
This piece was the result of one of my intuitive painting sessions. While not knowing the outcome of the painting is exciting it is also a big test of inner strength to trust the process and not fall back on old mind habits of trying to control every aspect of the painting. After seeing the finished piece I was glad I was able to let go and let the painting evolve without interference. The sweet horse and soaring bird evoke a wonderful feeling of peace and hope that I’m not sure I would have been able to capture if I had been trying to! This painting has been sold.
